| ROLE |
- To establish friendly co-operation between the three services for the benefit of sports
- To strive and ensure that there shall be no hindrance to the participation of any service or individual in sports on any grounds.
- To ensure that all contest/championships between member of the three Services shall be held under the laws and rules of the competitions.
- To co-operate with the National Sports Federations and IOA in carrying through the competition held by them abiding by the International rules and regulations of the games published by them.
